Welcome to our farm. Big M Farms is located on a hill in Skyline, Al. Home to PeaceLovNGoats Nubians. We are located on 4 acres, raising a little of everything. From calves, to chickens, to dogs, to goats! My passion is my ADGA registered nubians. We moved to my parents home in 2003 and started our little farm with just 3 strands of bobwire and a few brush goats. We had a problem keeping them in
the fence so we sold them. A few years ago my son talked us into buying some more goats and when we brought them home (4 of them)
one of them jumped the fence and we never saw her again. Needless to say we now have a better, fenced in pasture. One day we decided
to buy a milk goat and give hand milking a try. Thanks to our little mini alpine Callie Hane we fell in love with goats milk and raising our own
dairy goats. We sold out of meat goats in the beginning of this year (2012) and started our search for dairy goats. We now have 7 registered nubians that I just love. Through many ups and downs and help from my friend ( my goat mentor) Lynn Baughtman I now have a herd I can be proud of. We are a loving, christian family of 4 that is just enjoying the small farm life. Welcome to our farm!!
